Two bids will be used, one for a complete 65 passenger bus, F.O.B. Tama, and the second bid for a trade-in allowance for the 1996 21 passenger lift bus.

The second bid is with the agreement the school district still has the right to sell, trade or keep the bus. If traded in the school district will have the right to keep possession until the new bus is delivered. Bids will be due on Tuesday, Jan. 15.

Also, based on the district's student enrollment report to the State of Iowa, the district is eligible to apply to the School Budget Review Committee for up to $165,051 modified allowable growth for Dropout and Dropout Prevention. The board approved the application.
