April 16, 2017
Special to The Chronicle , Toledo Chronicle, Tama News-Herald

State Conservation Officer Brett Reece visited the early out program at the Toledo Public Library on March 29. Brett provided our eager audience with interesting information on fur bearing animals.

Reece brought many beautiful animal hides including mink, timber wolf, spotted skunk, raccoon and otter, to name a few, for us to appreciate.

Brett gave an abundance of information about the animals and their habitats, told a few interesting stories and answered many great questions from our young audience. After the presentation and question time, everyone was encouraged to touch and feel the variety of hides that were made available.
