Market Report for October 27, 2017

The last Toledo Farmers' Market of the season went out with a chill. It was mighty windy and cold out there Friday night. There were seven brave vendors that still had their tables full of produce.

Karen brought her soy candles, melts, odor eliminator spray, and corn cob sachets. I was able to get some Christmas gifts purchased.

Chuck and Ginger had kolaches, pies, breads, popcorn, hot and sweet peppers, tomatoes, potatoes, green beans, ornamental corn, gourds, eggs, honey pumpkins, small cabbage, egg plant and winter squash.

Dawn brought ornamental corn, pumpkins, winter squash, tomatoes, radishes, sweet potatoes, onions, and houseplants.

Brenda, Lois, Marie, and Ethan had pumpkins and winter squash.

It was another successful year for the Toledo Farmers' Market. Successful because, the Toledo Farmers' Market has dedicated vendors who make sure they have products available each week for the customers to purchase.

But it wouldn't be successful if the Toledo Farmers' Market didn't also have dedicated customers who supported the market this 2017 season. We have an awesome community of support.

We hope everyone has a healthy winter season and we can't wait to see everyone for the 2018 market season. Now time to clean up the market vehicles and put all the baskets, bags, totes, containers, tables, tents, and signs.

See you in 2018.
