Rose Ann Dvorak Feil

Rose Ann Dvorak Feil, age 79, of Bloomington, Indiana, formerly of Iowa, was born the daughter of the late Joseph and Frances (Roubinek) Dvorak on June 15, 1938 on a farm near Clutier, Iowa. She received her education in a rural school in Tama County and at the Immaculate Conception Academy in Dubuque, Iowa. She held an R.N. degree from the Mercy School of Nursing in Dubuque, a B.S. degree in Natural Sciences from Briar Cliff College, Sioux City, and a B.S. in Nursing from North Park University in Chicago. She was a faculty member of the Wesley School of Nursing, Wichita, Kansas, and worked at St. Joseph's Hospital, and Bethany Methodist Hospital, Chicago and St. Paul's Retirement Community, South Bend, Indiana. She retired from an active nursing career in 1999.

Rose Ann married Joseph Feil in 1967 and moved to Chicago, Illinois, where she raised two daughters, Ann and Janine.

Rose Ann's husband, Joseph Feil, predeceased her in 1994. She is survived by her daughters, Ann and Janine Feil, and her grandchildren, Charles and Rachel Jenkins. She is also survived by a brother, Wilfred (Evelyn) Dvorak and various nieces and nephews. For full obituary, visit
