Oct. 10

11:40 a.m.- Aaron Francis Bordsen, 43, Clear Lake, Iowa, arrested at the Cerro Gordon County Jail, Mason City, on three counts of 1st degree harassment and on a warrant by Toledo Police.

Oct. 11

4:10 p.m.- Scot Akan Olson, 47, Marshalltown, arrested in the 2800 block of Tama county road T47, Montour, on charges of driving while barred and vehicle insurance violation by the Tama County Sheriff's Office. Released on Oct. 12 at 10:02 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

Oct. 12

12:23 a.m.- Cody Jasper Rinnels, 27, LeGrand, arrested in the 1500 block of 205th Street, rural Tama, on charges of possession of a controlled substance- 3rd or subsequent offense, possession of drug paraphernalia and a warrant for violation of terms of probation by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Placed on pre-trial release on Oct. 13 at 12:18 p.m.

7:59 p.m.- Krystal Riana Mitchell, 25, Tama, arrested in the 1400 block of Grant Street on a charge of interference with official acts by Tama Police. Released on Oct. 13 at 11:10 a.m. after pleading guilty.

Oct. 13

Noon- Alan Zazueta, 20, Marshalltown, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on two counts of 3rd degree sex abuse- 4 years or older victim and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff's Office.

10:32 p.m.- Drew Alan Mathes, 34, Tama, arrested at West 17th and Harding streets on a charged of driving while license denied or revoked by Tama Police. Released on Oct. 14 at 12:25 a.m. on surety bond.

Oct. 15

11 a.m.- Alexander Clark Austin, 25, Waterloo, arrested in Waterloo on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff's Office.

Oct. 16

2 p.m.- Vance Tyler Swallow, 34, Evansdale, Iowa, arrested at the Black Hawk County Jail, Waterloo, on charges of simple assault, violation of a no contact order contempt and on a warrant by Dysart Police. Released on Oct. 17 at 11:16 a.m. on a promise to appear.
