Shinobi Wanatee (5th)

Congratulations to Shinobi Wanatee on earning student of the month for March. His parents are Joy Bitterly and Myron Wanatee. He enjoys drawing in his free time. Three characteristics of Shinobi are that he is nice, funny, and smart. Shinobi's advice to his classmates is to respect the Trojan Way.

Congratulations to Maddalyn Brown for receiving student of the month for March. Maddy is 11 years old and is in 5th grade. Her parents are Chad and Jennifer Brown. She has one sibling named Oliver. In her free time she enjoys drawing. Three of her best characteristics are that she is smart, creative, and caring. Her advice to her classmates are kept working hard. Congrats to Maddalyn Brown!!!!

Daniela Barrientos (6th)

Congrats to Daniela Barrientos for earning student of the month for March! She is 11 years old and in 6th grade. Her parents are her father Ines Barrientos and her mom Norma Herrera Her siblings are Eduardo Barrientos and Fernanda Barrientos. Daniela says she likes to draw and run in her free time. She also plays in the South Tama Middle School band. She says she is trustworthy, respectful, and responsible. She says her favorite subject in school is Art with Mr. Doran. Daniela Barrientos advice for her classmates is, "Always help a student or peer in need, even if they don't need or want it."

Macy Welsh (6th)

Macy Welsh, is 11 years old and is in 6th grade. Her parents include her mom, Audra Welsh; her mom's boyfriend, Ryan Donnelly; her dad, Twisty Welsh; and her step mom, Stacy Welsh. She also has 4 siblings; Her sister Claire, Bryce, Wilder, and her younger sister Claire. She has 4 cats named Bitty, Chloe, Mollie, and Calvin. She also has 2 dogs, Gypsy and Bruiser. Her hobbies and extra curricular activities include volleyball, basketball, softball, dance, band, and nerf gun battles. Three Characters to describe Macy are weird, kind, and creative. Lastly, her advice to her classmates is to listen to the teachers.

Mary Kate Frakes (7th)

Congratulations Mary Kate Frakes a 13-year-old 7th grader, who is one of March's students of the month. She lives with her Mom, Dad, two silblings, a guinea pig, and two dogs. She does cross country, track, volleyball, AAU volleyball, softball, and dance. Some of her best characteristics are getting along well with other people, being nice, and being quiet. Some advice she would like to give her classmates is to stay in school and work hard.

Joseph Hackenmiller (7th)

Congratulations to Joey Hackenmiller for earning student of the month for March! He is in 7th grade and is 13 years old. He has a mom and dad, two sisters, a stepbrother, and a stepsister. His favorite hobbies are to draw, skateboard, and bike. Joey likes to describe himself as nice, funny, and smart. The advice he wants to give his classmates is to keep doing your work and be respectful to your peers and teachers.

Alondra Bolanos (8th)

Alondra Bolanos is a 13-year-old 8th grader. She has a mom and two brothers. Her favorite hobbies include sleeping, playing basketball, and playing the clarinet in band. She is funny, nice, and a team player. Her advice for fellow classmates is, "Don't do drugs, work hard, and sleep a lot."

Ashlynn Kriegel (8th)

Congratulations to Ashlynn Kriegel for receiving student of the month for March. Ashlynn is a 13 year old in 8th grade. Her parents are Jason and Lisa Kriegel. She has one brother named Carter and a dog named Annie. In her free time she enjoys playing volleyball. Three of her best characteristics are that she is funny, caring, and respectful.
