June 11, 2019
Toledo Chronicle, Tama News-Herald

Members of the Toledo-Tama Kiwanis were on hand at a recent South Tama School Board meeting to accept their Partners in Education designation. From left are Brad Schweppe, STC Elementary School principal and head of the Partners in Education Program, Kiwanis President Donna Smith, Vanessa Rivera, elementary school at-risk liaison presenting recognition award, Kiwanis members Cynthia Roth and Larry Fletcher and South Tama Superintendent Jared Smith. The purpose of the STC Partners in Education (STC PIE) program is to enhance the educational experiences for all of our students, and to keep the community informed of and engaged in the development of our young people. Businesses and organizations can become official Partners in Education by expressing interest to the school or district administration, and completing a simple partnership commitment form.
