Stuff the Bus campaign revs up for school year

School supplies for South Tama school students are now being collected at 17 locations in Tama and Toledo. Lindsay Schumacher is again heading up the campaign which puts together supplies which are made available to all students needing the items and providing classroom supplies as well.

Among items needed range from pencils to backpacks, hand sanitizer to scissors.

The drop-off locations include: Toledo- USS Polaris, Independent Insurance Services, The State Bank of Toledo, Pinnacle Bank, Toledo Public Library, Premier Estates, Genesis Development, State Farm Insurance, Select Medical Physical Therapy, Thys Automotive, ISU Extension Office and Scharnweber Inc.

Drop -off event No. 1 will be during school registration at the South Tama Elementary on Aug. 1- 10-a.m. -7 p.m.
