What people say about politics and politicians

Take A Mulligan

November 3, 2019
By John Sheda , Toledo Chronicle, Tama News-Herald

It seems the political season arrives earlier every year. They should regulate it like they do the hunting season. The promises they make, the changes they will enact, the problems they blame on others and the utopian life we will experience if we vote for this person or that person. We have Santa Claus, the Easter Bunny, the Tooth Fairy and the Politician. Down through the years a lot of famous and not so famous people have talked about our politics and our politicians. Here's what a few of them have said over the years....

Politicians and diapers should be changed frequently and all for the same reason. Will Rogers

Politicians are the same all over. They promise to build a bridge even where there is no river. ~Nikita Khrushchev
