Norman Charles Gibson

Norman served his country in the U.S. Army.

On November 9, 1955, he was united in marriage to Joan Manfull at the Methodist Parsonage in Montour, Iowa. Norman was an owner and operator of a trucking company. He drove truck starting in 1955 and hauled many things over the years including jet airplane engines during the Vietnam War, glass, cans and produce. Norman and Joan had lived in California for about forty years and moved back to Iowa in 1996. They enjoyed going to the desert to camp and ride dirt bikes. His greatest joy was spending time with family and going to the kids' events. Norman truly was a man who's actions spoke louder than his words. A "Real" American Trucker!
