Arrest Report – Tama County Jail
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
Thursday, Sept. 21
Kacee Jo Wilson (43) of Toledo was arrested on two warrants for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department in Toledo. She was released the same day on her own recognizance.
Megan Leona Wood (46) of Marshalltown was arrested on two warrants for simple assault and third degree theft along with an additional charge of second degree burglary by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department in Gladbrook. She was granted pretrial release the same day.
Nick Clair Meader (42) of Elberon was arrested for violation of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department in Toledo.
Gilbert Russell Strait Jr. (49) of Eldora was arrested for driving while barred and failure to provide proof of financial liability insurance by the Meskwaki Tribal Police in Montour. He was released on bond the same day.
Keaton Anthony Zielstorf (19) of Marshalltown was arrested on three failure to appear warrants by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department in Toledo.
Friday, Sept. 22
Andrew Harvey Catherwood (33) of Toledo was arrested for OWI — first offense, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of controlled substance first, second, third, carrying weapon while intoxicated and failure to provide proof of financial liability insurance. He was released the same day on his own recognizance.
David Ray Burger (20) of Tama was arrested for driving while barred, driving while license suspended and failure to provide proof of financial liability insurance by the Meskwaki Tribal Police in Tama. He was released the same day on his own recognizance.
Robert James Morgan (35) of Tama was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama Police Department in Toledo. He was released Sept. 27 on bond.
Corey Allen DeJoode (32) of Runnells was arrested for driving while license denied/revoked — OWI, driving while license suspended, operation without ignition interlock, failure to display registration plate and out of county/state warrant by the Meskwaki Tribal Police in Tama. He was shipped out on Sept. 25.
Saturday, Sept. 23
Juan Felix Najera (54) of Tama was arrested for OWI — first offense, failure to provide proof of financial liability insurance, improper lane change and no valid driver’s license. He was released on his own recognizance the same day.
Sunday, Sept. 24
Indira Navil Salguero Guzman (35) of Marshalltown was arrested for public intoxication, interference with official acts and possession of a controlled substance — first, second, third by the Meskwaki Tribal Police in Tama. She was released the same day on a promise to appear.
Rene Jorge (38) of Tama was arrested for public intoxication by the Tama Police Department in Tama. He was released the same day after pleading guilty.
Monday, Sept. 25
Ashley Darlene Koehler (36) of Cedar Rapids was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department in Toledo.
Michael Robert Vest (41) of Tama was arrested for contempt — violation of a no-contact order by the Tama Police Department in Tama. He was released on his own recognizance the following day.
Tuesday, Sept. 26
Rick Lynn Dudley Jr. (24) of Grinnell was arrested for OWI — first offense by the Meskwaki Tribal Police in Montour. He was released the same day on his own recognizance.
Alexah Marva Mauskemo (29), no known address, was arrested for public intoxication. She was released the following day after pleading guilty.
Jessica Kathleen Jacobson (27) of Dysart was arrested on two warrants for failure to appear by the Dysart Police Department in Dysart. She was released the same day after pleading guilty.
A juvenile was arrested for OWI — first offense, possession of a controlled substance — marijuana first, failure to provide proof of financial liability insurance and operating a non-registered vehicle by the Toledo Police Department in Toledo.
Wednesday, Sept. 27
Rebecca Marie Phillips (39) of Waterloo was arrested for contempt — failure to pay fine/cost by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department in Toledo. She was released the same day on a promise to appear.
Margaret Ann Williams (77) of Toledo was arrested for domestic assault — bodily injury first by the Tama County Sheriff’s Department in Toledo. She was released on her own recognizance the same day.
