MONTOUR – The Pilgrim Heights Camp and Retreat Center on Highway 30 near Montour was the place to be for Labor Day family fun on Monday as Sportsman Lake was opened up for swimming, fishing, canoeing and paddle boating from noon to 7 p.m.
