TOLEDO — Midwest Sleep LLC, of Toledo, celebrates Jay Henry’s 10th anniversary and Diane McGachey 20 years with the company, marking decades of outstanding work and dedication.
Since joining the Toledo team on July 28, 2014, Henry has consistently demonstrated remarkable hard work and positivity, making a significant impact on the company’s success.
“Jay’s decade of service is a testament to his hard work and dedication,” said Ken Akers. “His positive attitude and strong work ethic have greatly contributed to our team’s achievements. We’re grateful for his loyalty and the strong relationships he’s built over the years.” Julian Tanke said, “Jay’s contributions have set a high standard and left a lasting mark on our company’s culture and growth.”
In addition to his professional achievements, Henry is a devoted father to his three children — Kinnick, KayLani, and Karver — and enjoys motorcycling on his Harley during his downtime.
McGachey joined the Toledo team on Jan. 1, 2004. She has been the heart and soul of the company, fostering a family-like atmosphere that resonates with everyone she meets. Many team members at Midwest Sleep LLC affectionately refer to her as “Ma” or “Grandma.”
