State Bank of Toledo receives national honor
TOLEDO — State Bank of Toledo is announcing it has been named a top lender in the nation for its pioneering work in agriculture lending in the category of banks with less than $300M in assets.
“We are incredibly honored to receive this award highlighting our team’s dedication. It reflects our commitment to supporting our local farmers and rural communities with accessible financial solutions, setting them up for success,” said Mike Zmolek, executive vice president and ag lender at State Bank of Toledo.
Independent Community Bankers of America calculated a lender score out of 100 for each community bank. The score combined the average of the bank’s percentile rank for lending concentration and for loan growth over the past year. They then adjusted each score for loan charge-offs at certain percentile thresholds.
