4:15 p.m.- Prentiss R. Wolf III, 25, Tama, arrested in the 100 block of West Carleton Street on charges of 3rd degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and two warrants by Toledo Police. Placed on pre-trial release on Dec. 18 at 9:45 a.m.

Dec. 18

9:25 a.m.- Carrie Ann Kleinman, 35, Marshalltown, arrested at the Marshall County Jail on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

Dec. 19

9 a.m.- Ryan Jason Papakee, 40, rural Toledo, arrested at the Iowa County Jail in Marengo on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

12:30 p.m.- Ellsworth Youngbear Jr., 42, rural Tama, arrested at the Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police Department on charges of willful injury, driving while barred and on a warrant by Meskwaki Police. Placed on pre-trial release at 5:10 p.m.

4 p.m.- Debra Jean Irwin, 435, Marshalltown, arrested at the Meskwaki Casino on a charge of public intoxication by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on Dec. 20 at 12:25 p.m. after pleading guilty.
