2:17 a.m.- Clay Lewis Clubline, 18, Lincoln, arrested in the 100 block of North Street, Lincoln on a charge of domestic abuse assault with injury by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 10:40 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

2:30 p.m.- Christopher Dale Betts, 33, Des Moines, arrested at the Clerk of Court Office, Toledo, on a charge of 1st degree theft by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released after posting bond.

9:13 p.m.- Seger Tyrone Brown, 34, rural Montour, arrested in he 200 block of West Village Road, Montour, on a warrant and for Tribal Court by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office and on a charge of 2nd degree harassment by Tama Police.

11:39 p.m.- Michael David Carmody, 48, Marshalltown, arrested in the 500 block of Siegel Street on a charge of simple domestic abuse assault by Tama Police. Released on Jan. 24 at 6:30 p.m. on unsecured bond.

Jan. 24

10:15 a.m.- Marian Lisa Roberts, 44, rural Tama, arrested as a parole / probation violator at the Tama county Sheriff’s Office, Toledo, by the Sheriff’s Office.

9:52 p.m.- Roberto Morales, 32, Toledo, arrested in the 200 block of West High Street on a charge of forgery by Toledo Police.
