10:20 a.m.- Prentiss R. Wolf Jr., 52, rural Tama, arrested at the Marshall County Jail, rural Marshalltown, on charges of stalking- protective order violation, 3rd degree harassment and violation of a domestic no-contact order by Tama Police and on a warrant for failure to appear and two additional warrants by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on April 28 at 6:25 p.m. after posting cash bond.

April 28

8:38 a.m.- Daniel Guy Keller, 38, Chariton, Iowa, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on charges of domestic assault- choking / bodily injury, child endangerment – no injury and on a warrant by Tama Police. Placed on pre-trial release at 1030 a.m.

11:30 a.m.- Zachary Dean Roberts, 25, Marion, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on charges of sex offender registry violation – 2nd offense and sex offender registry – false information – 2nd offense and on two warrants by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

Juvenile arrested in the 300 block of East 9th Street on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia by Tama Police. No other information was provided in the Arrest Press log.

April 29

12:57 a.m.- Austyn William Phinney, 21, rural Toledo, arrested at West 9th and McClellan streets on charges of driving while license suspended and operating a non-registered vehicle by Tama Police. Released at 10:45 a.m. after pleading guilty.

11:49 a.m.- Harold Eugene Enlow, 55, Washington, Iowa, arrested at the Washington County Jail, Washington, on charges of 2nd degree burglary, 3rd degree theft 3rd degree harassment and two warrants by Toledo Police. Released on May 1 at 12:25 p.m. on surety bond.

April 30

1:35 a.m.- Matthew Wade Stacey, 23, Tama, arrested in the 1000 block of Central Street on three counts of 3rd degree harassment by Tama Police. Released at 10:50 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.
