1:27 p.m.- Willie James Denton Jr., 29, Tama, arrested in the 100 block of East Carleton on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by Toledo Police. Transferred at 3:02 p.m.

4:12 p.m.- Keaton Douglas Thorn, 21, Marshalltown, arrested at West 13th and Washington streets, Tama, on charges of assault while participating in a felony – no injury, eluding, controlled substance violation and 1st offense drunken driving by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Placed on pre-trial release on May 12 at 12:15 p.m.

8:37 p.m.- Brandon Wade Armstrong, 33, Marshalltown, no location of arrest noted, on charges of possession of a controlled substance- 3rd of subsequent offense, obstruction prosecution or defense, simple assault and disorderly conduct by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

11:45 p.m.- Milton LaVerne Gray II, 55, Oelwein, arrested at West union, Iowa, on a warrant for violation of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

May 3

9:56 a.m.- Calvin Edward Haynes, 49, Waterloo, arrested in the 3000 block of L Avenue, Tama, on a warrant for violation of probation by Tama Police. Transferred at 11:20 a.m.

10:53 a.m.- Sara Beth Purk, 42, Traer, cited by court on a charge of 5th degree theft filed by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

10:53 a.m.- Crystal Marie Lennie, 27, Tama, arrested in the 700 block of Siegel on a warrant by Tama Police.

11:35 a.m.- Jeremy David Schwarck, 35, Grinnell, arrested in he 1500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on charges of possession of controlled substance, carrying weapons, p[possession of drug paraphernalia and on a warrant by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

7:28 p.m.- Kolby James Starits, 24, Waterloo, arrested at the Waterloo Residential Facility on a warrant for violation of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
