4:30 p.m- Matthew Wade Stacey, 25, Oelwein, Iowa, arrested at the Fayette County Jail, West Union, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

7:12 p.m.- Austyn William Finney, 24, Toledo, arrested at 1st Avenue and Prospect Drive on charges of driving while barred and failure to obey stop / yield singly Toledo Police. Released at 10:20 p.m. on surety bond.

Nov. 21

2:35 a.m.- Nathan Samuel Buffalo, 35, Toledo, arrested at Business Highway 30 and B Street on charges of 2nd offense drunken driving and failure to use headlamps when required by Toledo Police. Released at 3:20 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

7:50 a.m.- Joshua Ray Stearns, 37, Grundy Center, arrested at the Grundy County Jail, Grundy Center, on charges of 2nd degree burglary, felon in control of firearm and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

9:52 a.m.- Chance Wins Buffalo, 25, Des Moines, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 12:23 p.m. on order of the court.

4:55 p.m.- Llewellyn Roberts, 56, Urbandale, Iowa, arrested in the 2800 block of F Avenue, rural Garwin, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

Nov. 23

12:45 a.m.- Edwin Gaytan Morales, 21, Des Moines charged at West 14th Street and Country Club Drive with possession of controlled substance by Tama Police.

1:29 a.m.- Emilio Romero, 20, Tama, arrested in LeGrand on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 6:05 p.m. on surety bond.

8:24 p.m.- Quinten Duran Nelson, 29, rural Tama arrested in the 200 block of Business Highway 30, Toledo, on a warrant for violation of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Nov. 14 at 7:15 p.m. on surety bond.
