12:53 a.m.- Caleb James Butler, 27, Grinnell, arrested at Tama County Road T47 and U.S. 30 Expressway, rural Montour, on charges of 1st offense drunken driving, possession of controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 10:20 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.
3:01 a.m.- Triston William Camacho, 22, Tama, arrested in the 800 block of Oswego Street, on a charge of contempt violation of a no contact order by Tama Police Released at 11:15 a.m. after pleading guilty.
2:36 p.m.- Jagger Cain Purk, 26, Tama, arrested in the 1000 block of state Street on a charge of domestic abuse assault 3rd or subsequent offense by Tama Police.
8:33 p.m.- Sandra Senapilo Tracy, 40, Toledo arrested in the 1000 block of South Prospect Drive on charges of perjury, malicious prosecution and on a warrant by Toledo Police. Released at 10:35 p.m. after posting cash bond.

3:37 p.m.- Stacy Leigh Rook, 49, Cedar Rapids, arrested at the Anchor Center, Cedar Rapids, on a charge of violation of parole / probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

2:10 a.m.- Andrea Mase McKiernan, 37, Traer, arrested in the 1100 block of South Main, Traer, on a charge of child endangerment, no injury and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
9:25 a.m.- Stacy Leigh Rook, 49, Cedar Rapids, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a warrant for violation of terms probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
12:53 p.m.- Shayanne Lace Frazier, 18, Marshalltown, arrested in LeGrand on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Jan. 10 at 9:40 a.m. after posting bond with the Clerk of Court.
8:50 p.m.- Jose Miguel Rios, 20, Tama, arrested in the 100 block of South Prospective Drive on a charge of 1st offense drunken driving and failure to maintain by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

1:26 a.m.- Jose Nunez Luna, 50, Marshalltown, arrested at Tama County Road T47 South and the U.S. 30 Expressway on a charge of 1st offense drunken driving and two charges of operating a motor vehicle without registration plates by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 11:40 a.m.. on personal recognizance.
3″18 p.m.- Khine Maung Win Pein, 48, Marshalltown, arrested the 1500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of contraband in a correctional facility and on a warrant Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 8:07 p.m. after posting cash bond.

3:41 a.m.- Lida Mailin Roche Alamo, 29, Marshalltown, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of contraband in a correctional facility by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 11:15 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.
8:45 a.m.- Adrian Lavon Kincade, 42, Marshalltown, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on a charge of indecent exposure by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 11:33 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.
