Nov. 2
Darrin Michael Plowman, 32, Tama, was arrested at 129 E. High St. by the Toledo Police Dept. on a charge of public intoxication. He was released to appear on Nov. 3.
Nov. 3
Scott Eugene Seewawer, 38, Mason City, was arrested at 100 N. Main St. by the Tama County Sheriff’s Dept. on a warrant for a charge of sex offender registration violation. He was released Nov. 3 on bond.
Nathan Wayne Cuellar, 38, was arrested by the Tama County Sheriff’s Dept. on a warrant for a failure to appear.
Nov. 4
Jacquez Jordan Nipwater, 21, Toledo was arrested at 100 N Main St. by the Tama County Sheriff’s Dept. on charges of failure to appear.
Joseph Charles Kaloupek, 25, Elberon, was arrested in the 3000 block of county Hwy. E44 by the Tama County Sheriff’s Dept. on a charge of criminal mischief.
Nov. 5
Roger Evans Walker, 33, Tama, was arrested at 205 E Carleton St. by the Tama County Sheriff’s Dept. on a charge of failure to appear. He was released on bond Nov. 5.
Nov. 6
Dale Allen Balckcloud Jr., 38, Tama, was arrested at 129 E. High St. by the Toledo Police Dept. on a charge of public intoxication. He was released Nov. 6 after pleading guilty.
Nov. 7
Scott Howard Petersen Jr. 35, Tama, was arrested at 509 Hall St. by the Tama Police Dept. on a carge of domestic abuse/assault and domestic assault including choking/bodily injury.
Ricky Dean Counts, 42, Hillsboro, was arrested in the 2000 block of state Hwy 30 by the Toledo Police Dept on charges of driving while barred, driving while license suspended and speeding. He was released Nov. 7 on bond.
Larry Eugene Wiseman, 57, Ottumwa, was arrested in the 1850 block of Hwy 30 by the Toledo Police Dept. on a charge of driving while barred.
Brad Blocker, 56, Toledo, was arrested in the 800 block of S. Broadway on charges of contempt for violation of a no contact order and providing proof of financial liability. He was released Nov. 8 on his own recognizance.
Rogelio Sanchez, 29, Marshalltown, was arrested at Cissy’s by the Tama County Sheriff’s Dept. on a warrant. He was released Nov. 8 on bond.
Nov. 8
Joel Ngasueme Lomama, 27, Marshalltown, was arrested at N. M Ave and Hwy 30 by the Tama County Sheriff’s Dept. on charges of 1st offense OWI, driving while license denied or revoked due to an OWI, driving while license suspended, driving on the wrong side of a 2-way highway, open container and failure to maintain control. He was released Nov. 13 on bond.
Nov. 9
Lucas Gray Derr, 28, Clutier, was arrested at 105 E. Carleton St. by the Tama County Sheriff’s Dept. on charges of violating probation. He was released Nov. 9 on bond.
Leann Marie Rouse, 47, Toledo, was arrested at 805 S. Broadway St. by the Tama County Sheriff’s Dept. on a warrant for charges of ongoing criminal conduct and eight counts of theft in the 1st degree and one count of theft in the 2nd degree. She was released pre-trial No. 13.
Nov. 14
Rigoberto Galvez, 22, Marshalltown, was arrested at Station St. and Walnut by the Tama County Sheriff’s Dept. on charges of driving under suspension and a warrant for a failure to appear. He was released Nov. 14 on bond.
Kaitlynn Patricia Jefferson, 18, Tama, was arrested at State and West St. by the Toledo Police Dept. on a charge of possession of a controlled substance.
