Toledo Public Library News: May 2024
Summer will be here before we know it and that means FUN at the Toledo Public Library. The library will host programs and summer reading incentive programs for children and adults. This year’s theme is “Read, Renew, Repeat!” Kids will be using items from the recycle bin to create AWESOME arts and crafts projects. Be sure to register for some summer fun. Registrations are available at the library or on our website at www.toledo.lib.ia.us. The ISU Tama County Extension office will host a “Books for Cooks” program on Friday, June 7 from 10 am to 2 pm at the library. Sign up is required, but there is no fee for this event.
Also the Toledo Public Library is pleased to join the Iowa Libraries Adventure Pass program, which offers free passes to patrons 18 years or older, and residents of the city of Toledo and rural Tama County, to Iowa attractions and museums using your library card. Any questions contact the library at 641-484-3362.
Summer is the perfect time to get signed up for a library card for yourself or your family. Stop in this summer!! We will be happy to see you!
