The 2024 Trunk or Treat put on by Tama County 911 Saturday was stepped up this year as not only local emergency vehicles were present, but a helicopter. The University of Iowa Aircare chopper sat down at Toledo Heights as princesses and dinosaurs alike got to bask in its awesomeness while nabbing some chocolate. The county’s first responders easily made the local costumed children’s Halloween one to remember.
