The Tama County Board of Supervisors and Tama County Public Health & Home Care announce that, despite necessary budget adjustments, they will continue to provide services as they have been to all Tama County residents. All public health and home health services will remain fully operational.
Chairman Mark Doland, of the Tama County Board of Supervisors, said, “We are incredibly proud of the hard work and dedication shown by our public health administrators, the staff, and their Board. Their efforts have ensured that we can continue to provide essential services to our community without any disruptions. We value the positive relationship we have built and look forward to further cooperation in the year ahead.”
Shannon Zoffka, CEO/executive director, added, “Our team has worked diligently to make the necessary budget cuts while maintaining the high standard of care our patients deserve. We are committed to serving the community and are grateful for the support from the Board of Supervisors.”
Lori Johnson, assistant director/CFO, echoed these sentiments, saying, “It is a testament to our strong collaboration and shared commitment to public health that we can continue to offer all services without compromise.
