Letter to the Editor:

I was challenged by my son to rethink my Christmas letter. It was about blessings – family – and wishing you a great 2018. Maybe I need a second chance. Do you?

Merry “Christ”mas

God sent his son, Jesus, the Messiah, Lamb of God, King of Kings, to show mankind THE WAY.

How does a person receive everlasting life in God’s Kingdom called Heaven?

Jesus was sent to pay the price for the sins of mankind – when you choose your way over God’s way – a separation from God.

The price was enormous!

Death on the cross, a blood sacrifice for something Jesus did not do!

He paid that price in full for my sins and yours. Jesus died so we might live, forgiven by the grace of God. This unbelievably costly gift is God’s gift to anyone who is willing to accept Jesus into their heart.

I must accept Jesus! Believe Jesus! Trust Jesus! Obey Jesus! The truth of God is found in an ageless book called The Bible.

Jesus defeated death and so will anyone who accepts him into their hearts as Lord and Savior.

Jesus is the only way.

Turn from sin, addictions, bondage, wicked ways and choose freedom from Christ! It is a choice. A life changing decision with life changing consequences. Choose wisely. What a wonderful gift!

Consider finding a Bible Believing Church. If a church is alive it is worth the drive.!
